Customer One. A large convent that is being totally remodeled and most of which is being converted into a retirement community with apartments is having JTS Midwest install WiFi, access control so the tenants and staff can manage entry into the building, surveillance cameras inside and outside covering key areas like doors, parking and common areas. We are also wiring and installing a network infrastructure in all the wings of the building tying together offices, guest services, Internet and security.
This project will take our team several weeks to complete and we will have to coordinate with other construction crews on the job like electricians, drywallers and demolition to finish the job efficiently and with high quality standards.
JTS Midwest has done dozens and dozens of large projects like this over the last 20 years of service. Customer Two. A small childcare facility who has five locations hired a fly by night company who installed a no name surveillance system at some of the locations and over a short time the cameras were pointing straight down at the floors because of faulty camera brackets and no one could figure out how to see the cameras online. JTS Midwest went to the locations and installed good quality brackets and re-focused the cameras so they were usable. At one of the locations we installed a new DVR and at the others we resolved the customer problems and configured their DVR’s so they could be view over the Internet. This particular customer was extremely releived when JTS Midwest was able to come in and figure out these problems and get them up and running.
